I haven’t tried the ROG unit, but I can say the LCD and OLED Steam Deck displays are like night and day. It’s a significant upgrade, and I’d be interested to see how the ROG display compares with the current Steam Deck.

Anything with an IP address can be vulnerable to malware running miners, botnets, and all that good stuff for bad people to continually use your toys to do in the background. The convenient jumping off point into your home network and other inward-facing stuff there you might not want accessible from outside is also worth considering.

Are you comparing it to the LCD Steam Deck or the newer OLED screen one?

Fans of mailing things to Delaware would also be confused by this.
