It’s my understanding that the old version with mods both run and look better than this version. I’ll make a comparison myself when possible, but this remaster isn’t looking so hot so far…
The Revision mod looks leagues better, and overhauls the gameplay too.

Surely it just means, that’s what they tested with. The minimum specs sound like the oldest machine they bothered to lay hands on.
Listed specs are not what’s worrisome about this project.
