I believe in the Metro (Metro /series you at some point fight/kill some Nazis. They aren’t the main enemy but there is a faction of them for you to kill.

That looks familiar to a game I played back in mid 2000’s. The UI looks similar but I think it was white not red. Dark War, or Dark something: War.
