Yo after all this time I never bought episode 1 or 2. I’m playing the fuck outta it
I can play my pirated games forever too
Is there any distro that automatically collect data? Every distro I’ve tried asked directly on install or at first boot
Fedora. My tp link card becomes unusable if I download too much data. The speeds keep getting slower and ping higher after long use. And I just bought an Asus one and it worked at first but then immediately stopped working after I rebooted and there’s a bunch of driver errors
I’m starting to feel it. WiFi drivers are always acting up on my desktop. I can’t find a card that works. I’m bout to just take the one out of my laptop
Yeah I’m not either that’s not the point. The point is using an alternative that is open and can be self hosted.
I didn’t read it yet but just from the title I’ma disagree. I loved all the creative me for xorg over the years and hope to see it in Wayland even more.
Will update after I read it
I community dedicated and in love with the idea of self hosting their own software yet avoid a self hosted alternative to a hostile service…
I actually don’t think anyone in the subreddit is actually self hosting anything and if they are the irony is heavier than actual iron.
What exactly makes rust memory safe? That’s the big selling point of it right? Is the compiler just more strict?
What’s the catch? Only on a specific price of hardware? Or is this an improvement on any hardware?
Nothing, it’s all Linux
Opensuse. Did absolutely nothing wrong but I just didn’t vibe with it. Went to fedora and I vibe hard with it
Yeah they don’t. I’m just saying I hope they don’t in the future.
I did not know that. The more I learn about sdf the more I love it.
It’s a damn shame because I really like beehaw, it feels nice and cozy but they block too many instances. If it wasn’t for that I’d use it as my main. I hope they don’t block sdf. I like being able to comment and see post from beehaw
Holy shit I was just thinking about this thing at work and forgot what it was called
I’m not sure why but on gnome my vram will fill up then gnome will crash. Doesn’t happen on KDE. It’s been happening for years on Nvidia and AMD
I’d say opensuse is a solid choice but I’d also give fedora KDE spin a look too. There’s also bazzite that’s based off fedora and made with gaming in mind.
I love gnome and use that for everything except gaming. If I want to game I use KDE
First I’m hearing of it. I’ma try it out
