I recently learned about “From the depths” because of Martincintopants Video about it. Yesterday evening I saw, that it was 50% off and bought it immediately.

The Idea to use AI to detect possible copyright infringements isnt even that bad. Its gets bad when you trust the AI to be able to tell things apart. If the alerts from the AI aren’t reviewed by humans it is doomed to fail.
There are differences with buisness models. Steam sells a license to use a software. This license can be revoked. GOG sells you a copy that you can download and run any time later without needing it. They can’t take that away from you.
It can be A Problem, but AS far AS i heard it usually isnt that much of a problem.
For normal Factorio i would not absolutely agree, but for space age this is absolutely true. It takes a lot from you when you already know how to get started on the new planets.
The warframe lore is pretty complex, but its also great. Especially the way the game tells you the story. Can only recommend going into it blind.
I can only recommend it. After about 60 hours I finally landed on vulcanus and I’m now experiencing the feeling of how it is to getting used to all of these long and complex Ressource chains.
I am Not even close to 1000h but devinetively Factorio. Be aware, this game is a massive time sink and makes you play for way longer than you want. Especially with the new expansion you can spend enormous amounts of time in this game.
Factorio is great. I don’t think Theres another game that sucked up so many hours so quick. I absolutely love it. It takes a shit load of time(my first world took 40 hours and didnt complete the game). I’m now starting a new world because of space age, and already have a lot of plans on how to improve my world to male it better(starting with currently building a blueprint for a mall and rushing to robots in order to not being forced to build everything by hand). Also, disabling biters is a very good thing to do. I don’t want to focus on fighting biters. I just want to see the factory grow.
For Factorio, yes. The expansion costs about the same as the normal game, but it adds insane amounts of content for the game. You can travel to other worlds, build entirely new factories and we even get nuclear fusion. Factorio space age is AFAIK absolutely worth the price.
Yeah, but we have seen a lot of examples where it was clearly a lack of time. An example would be the Gollum game. It had some very good concepts(making decisions between both of his personalities), but it didnt had any impact. This seems like something where if they had more time they could have formed this into a very good game mechanic.
But this game is tied to fitness and also has competitive elements to it. Imagine you can buy yourself faster progress here, when it’s all tied to physical activity. It would completely ruin the game and any competitive aspects in it
Okay, you got a point there. Can’t argue against this.
I really like the thoughts put into the game. However, I personally think, that micro transactions aren’t necessarily a bad thing, if you do them right. As an example for this I would call Helldiver’s. You can pay to get faster progress, but it isn’t necessary by any means. You can unlock everything with a reasonable amount of grinding.
Titanfall. Titanfall 2 is a banger Video game. I word really like to see it being continued.
I don’t know how long it has been, but it has been some months.
The official store is fine, but I personally stopped using it after it constantly made problems and wasn’t working properly.
Minedustry is a factory builder and tower defense game(similar to Factorio, although it is on a smaller scale and more focused on the tower defense)
I meant web apps
Did I hear that right? YOU DROVE FORKLIFTS WITHOUT BEING FORKLIFT CERTIFIED?
