Where does that misinformation come from? That’s not the first time I’ve heard it. Was that actually true at one point?

Don’t know why they’d put “Developer of the Newpipe app” as dev though
My guess is that they did not want to take credit as the developer of NewPipe itself. As if to say “We did not develop NewPipe, we just packaged it as a Flatpak”. There is probably a better way to get that across in the byline, but I believe that is the intent.

24·29 days agoNot sure I would call that “active”. No activity in over a year. And even that was just changing a couple markdown files.
6·1 month agoThe Fossify suite (like the gallery app that was linked to in the OP) was forked from this. Simple Mobile had been bought out by an ad company or something last year, so the community moved onto Fossify. Note how Simple Gallery has not been updated in over a year, and was removed from F-Droid.

111·1 month agoYeah, from what I can tell, this is basically just what we would now refer to as a “mod”.
It looked a bit off at full speed. Slowing it down (to 50%, 20%, then 10%), that really shows how clunky it is. Especially for a cinematic demo like this.
Before I open an app that needs auth, I open bw and unlock my vault.
What happens when you don’t? I definitely have not had to do that.

15·2 months agoThis one also measures data transfer speed. As far as I can tell, the KM003C only measures power transfer capabilities.
Not surprised you’re not finding Linux compatibility info. It looks like it was just announced. Logitech tends to not support Linux for their customization software, but I presume Solaar will add support for this device eventually.
