I have i5 8400 and 1660super with 16Gb ram.
It runs fine on Windows with high settings. Do you think there would be a performance hit?
Is anyone here playing Elden Ring on their Linux machine?
Devil Daggers. Survive as long as you can in a small arena with enemies that get harder and more abundant with time. Current world record is around 1232 seconds.
I didn’t know it was that bad! I never really played it but that sounds rough. People suck.

It’s likely they care but it’s such a cat and mouse game. Within a week or two any new patch will have a work around by bots and cheaters anyway.
If you are unsure I would certainly disconnect the second drive just to be sure and have piece of mind.
After learning how to install medicat i discovered ventoy. With ventoy you can copy and paste how ever many bootable iso files you like into it and run them all from the same drive/partition from a selectable boot menu. It’s amazing, I won’t be using dd anymore for boot disks.
I survived it for a few hours but ultimately succumbed to your issue exactly but with the added annoyance of having to get in and out of the car repeatedly. Not my game either…
Linux has typically been buggy when it comes to hibernation. I wouldn’t bother, it’s not worth the risk in my opinion.
