I stopped play Halo when the 3rd came out. How well does this hold up today? I was always curious about it but it felt more MP focused.
Oh no, playing leaked games early!
Ah yes compared to you being right?
If all you’ve got left to say are little quips, I’m going to stop this conversation here as it’s a waste of my time.
This is literally a company employing people, it is capitalist exploitation.
I know exactly how the terms are, and I know there is overlap in the exploitation game.
None of what is going on in the article is about colonialism
Also it’s extremely rude and condescending to talk down to others like you just did.
Buddy, they are being employed to manually sort data and do content moderation for tech companies, they are not having their “virtual spaces” “bulldozed”.
The lawyers issue is that they are not gaining beneficial tech skills that can be used to develop a native IT sector from this work.
There is only capitalism at play here, no colonies virtual or otherwise.
This lawyer talks as if they just discovered what capitalism is.
Duh it’s exploitation, the entire system is exploitation. It’s not colonialism, it’s capitalism and we’ve been aware of it for over a hundred years now.
Service guarantees citizenship.
Yeah right, didn’t need a big post to get me hooked already:
Oh sick. Now this is the stuff I’m most excited with AI lately. Apples doing an implementation as well.
Now you could say a command such as “close the window” or “click the picture of a puppy”. It’s an amazing accessibility tool. So much better then those eye tracking or screen grid coordinate systems we had prior.
Or issuing a command such as “go to this website, add this to my cart, and check out” sure my Alexa or Home can do it with their predefined stores, but this opens up any site or program that a human can operate. So it’s useful for everyone at the end of the day.
ActivityPub ye!
I used my phone this morning, worked great. Didn’t need to buy anything new.
They can’t think doing all of this is going to reflect positively on their lawsuit do they?
Kudos to the commitment.
So it’s prop hunt?
Looks like yet another generic harvest moon/ star dew like?
I’m struggling to enjoy it. Some matches can be enjoyable but more often than not I find it a dull slog.
Theres nothing more boring than being stuck in a game for another 20 minutes when it’s well and truly clear you’ve been getting your arses kicked the previous 20.
Sounds like it will be the same as the last, small incremental upgrades. That’s perfectly fine, every release of mostly anything doesn’t need to be massive overhauls.
