I’ve had nushell as my daily driver for a couple years now and I love it. “Made for actual humans to use” is exactly the description I’d give.

Matlab is also awful about licensing. I took a Matlab class in college and we used gnu octave instead of the real thing. Works just as good, it’s just slightly different syntax.

Do popup window notifications also tile? I have a problem with those sometimes appearing under a window and I never see them.

Agreed. The karma system is stupid and pointless.

Yeah, and it’s more useless than on reddit, because there’s no cumulative amount of “karma”. It’s just an indicator of how good or bad your post/comment was.
