    And idea about what the messaging rates will be for satellite texting? I wonder if it’ll work with GrapheneOS too

      The GrapheneOS forums say there is no intent on implementing this. It will probably be locked behind Google play services anyway.

      Emergency mostly. I would imagine in the future though it will be satellite only and towers will be obsolete
