Yuzu was charging for early access to their emulator, which is what prompted Nintendo action.

Ryujinx doesn’t seem like any legal action was taken, sounds like the creator was given a chunk of cash by Nintendo to take it down.

I hate Nintendo, but you gotta keep the facts straight

The only time the emulators are targeted is when the creators try to profit off them, or am I mistaken?

A monopoly on what? PC game storefeonts? Itch.io, gog, epic, gamepass, some are better than others, but steam isn’t anti-competition

For anyone curious, Echoes is definitely playable on steam deck

The Steam Deck is a great option, I have a hub to be able to play on my TV, and don’t tell Nintendo, but a lot of Switch games run nicely.

I have an SD full of every NES-N64 game with a bunch of GameCube thrown in too, it’s a beautiful thing. Plus gyro on old GameCube games is pretty funny

So fucking upsetting getting it all set up only to be told it’s online only. It’s fucking Halo!!!

I wanted to love it, but I just liked it. I was hoping it’d be more similar to TUNIC, where I can do 99% of the game solo. Idk if this is controversial, but I hate the community-based puzzles with a passion.
